Fantastic experience! The technician was thorough, clearly experienced, and did an excellent job of communicating the issue we were experiencing. Issue was resolved within an hour and at a lower rate than I've experienced in the past. We will only be using Butler moving forward!

I am completely satisfied with the service I received from WC Butler. The tech was friendly, personable, knowledgeable and promptly identified the problem. The supply house did not have the part needed to correct the problem but the tech returned the next day with the part in hand and completed the repair. We are warm and happy.
