Butler has been one of the best companies I've ever worked with - everyone has been absolutely wonderful; the receptionists, the technicians, and even the owner himself.
I had a headache with the home closing process and the date was up in the air for bit - but Chet was incredibly kind and patient when it came to figuring out the logistics of getting a new system installed. Even with how busy they were at the time, he was able to make sure I had heat again before it got too cold.
I also signed up for a service plan and the technician who took care of my system, Ian, was fantastic. I really appreciated him taking his time to answer my (many) questions and I could tell he is genuinely passionate about his work. He even found an issue with some disconnected ductwork and was able to get it reconnected quickly!
I can't say enough great things about W.C. Butler - they're kind, thorough, and genuinely want to make sure you're comfortable in your home.

Efficiency, knowledge, and availability
If you're looking for a reputable well ran old school business then look no further. I bought a new to me home 2 months ago and our upstairs unit had an issue that created a leak in our ceiling. This unit was installed by Butler 3 years ago. I gave them a call and they had someone out the very same day which was great! When it came to repairing my home Chet the owner personally came out and made sure repairs were done and it looked good as new. No arguing or pointing fingers. Just good people standing behind the work they do. I'll always use Butler for all my needs going forward.
Chris with W.C Butler is the man. Took his personal time to help me trouble shoot a sensor issue. Cold air for the first time in 3 days. Butler is getting my business for service and whatever else life brings with my hvac unit. Calling them to schedule tomorrow. Will be referring my customers as well
