Great customer service on the phone! Great mechanical service at our home!
Received a call from Butler to schedule our 2nd "VIP Plan" visit for the year. Andy was on-time and thorough, and kept us posted when he was headed our way. Completely checked both systems at the house and located a failing condenser in the main unit which he replaced immediately. Enjoy having the VIP plan that Butler offers.
We got up last Friday and our AC was not working. We called W.C. Butler and they sent someone that same day. We really didn't expect to get service that quick. Chet & Ray were both very friendly and treated us with respect. We will definitely call them again for all of our heating and air needs.

An on time professional showed up, quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired my HVAC within 45 minutes.Ya can't ask for more than that!..I feel the price was fair for the work and materials.
