Absolutely blown away by the results. Butler installed central air conditioning to an older home in SW Roanoke city. You could just tell they've been through this many times before. Jeremy was recommended by a friend that's also an independent builder. And, Jimmy came out a couple of times to design the system and get measurements. Needless to say, Butler did an excellent job at a fair price. They were also helpful on so many various decisions: electrical, A/C, location of vents and returns, etc. Adriel (and sorry didn't get the other team member's name) have over 20 years experience each and did a superior job. Honestly, we couldn't be more satisfied with the results. This was a big job that required two crews and at least 3 days. Again thank you.

Have annual service for HVAC with W C Butler. Their personnel are knowledgeable and professional. Andy and Ian did most recent maintenance and great at explaining what they were doing and why. Everyone from the initial phone call to completion of work were friendly, professional and competent. I would recommend to others.
