Another worthwhile visit. Problem addressed.
Great friendly service. Started with just a look, then fan was stuck so he started with WD40. For about 15-20 mins worked with spray-spin spray-spin etc..then added some coolant and cleaned off accumulated pollen, dust, dirt, grass etc.
And the AC was working again....

My upstairs AC unit died a week before I was expecting relatives from out of town! W.C. Butler came out to check the problem and determined that my compressor needed to be replaced. They checked with York and discovered that my unit was still under warranty. As soon as a new compressor arrived, they repaired my unit. They bent over backwards to work with me to get my AC repaired before my company arrived! I was so stressed out and worried, but everyone that I dealt with at A.C. Butler treated me with such kindness and consideration. I am extremely pleased with the service I received!
Ian checked out problem and told us our options. He worked up an estimate which we have accepted. He was very professional.
