Josh showed up at our home the same day I called. We were having issues with our heating and heat pump. Josh was able to see that our thermostat was wired for a heat pump but there was no heat pump in the downstairs system, only the upper the floors had a heat pump.
Josh rewired our system and everything works fantastic.
The system that was wired wrong was due to me installing a new blue tooth thermostat with the understanding that it was a heat pump system. This is what happens when a west coaster becomes a east coaster and has never seen or heard of a heat pump. Josh was great and I now know who I will call with all my HVAC problems.
I have been using Butler for maintenance for many years. They responded to an after hour emergency with my oil furnace and I started a yearly maintenance plan with them for A/C and Oil furnace after that great experience.i recently had a new heat pump installed at my mothers home and plan to continue to use Butler for yearly maintenance at her home.
From the initial phone call to explain what is wrong to the end result my experience with Butler heating and air has always been top-notch. This last visit was no different. I woke up on Saturday morning to a cold house. I called Butler heating and air and got their answering service so I left a message thinking well it'll be Monday now five minutes later Melissa called me from her home. She was having all the calls forwarded to her house at 8 o'clock Monday morning. I had a repairman here and and he was very polite very respectful of my house My carpet, etc. I think Andy was his name. He was very nice and explained to me everything that was wrong and fixed it. I think the entire butler family is a wonderful family that treat people the way they would wanna be treated. I've known chet and Melissa my entire life and I truly feel like they treat me like family and for all of these reasons that's why I only use Butler heating and air.

W. C. Butler goes above and beyond expectation. The coldest day so far this year and I knew that every heating and air place was already overloaded with calls. This was my second encounter with them and they did not disappoint. I wasn't expecting them until tomorrow, and they called before 11:00 and said they were on the way. The gentleman was very professional, and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. They are there to help, not just make a sale. Thank you so much W. C. Butler
