Although our concern turned out not to be an AC issue, we were impressed with Butler's service. We were able to get a same day service call. Briar, the service technician who came, was terrific! He was courteous, professional,& knowledgeable. We appreciate his efforts in solving our concerns.
They came out the next day after our a/c stopped working. We knew it was past time for a new unit. Within a week they installed a new indoor and outdoor system with 12 year warranty. They were finished within the estimated window, cleaned up, gave recommendations for maintenance, and were overall very polite.
We had our AC unit outdoors and furnace installed today. We are very pleased with the whole process from having the estimate done to the installation. Everyone has been very patient answering all our questions and the install looks great! Very happy!!
