My experience was only a yearly furnace check. But they showed up on time, were clean and professional. I thought price was reasonable
Called WC Butler Heating and A/C on Saturday as my renters in Roanoke did not have heat. Robbie took time out of his busy schedule to stop and do a service the same day. He also explained to my tenant the boiler and floor heating operations. Robbie was prompt and professional. I highly recommend WC Butler as an honest and fair company for your HVAC needs.

Very professional and went over and above to make room in their very busy schedule so that we could have heat , when our system went out last winter. We had a repair issue that came up this past summer with our ac and they came out the same nite and got the unit running so we could have cool air in the house. Technician was here till after 9 to get it running until new parts came in a few days later. They were very professional and polite and did great work and very competitive on price. Will use again Thank you
