We got up last Friday and our AC was not working. We called W.C. Butler and they sent someone that same day. We really didn't expect to get service that quick. Chet & Ray were both very friendly and treated us with respect. We will definitely call them again for all of our heating and air needs.

Jerrod who came to do the yearly air conditioning check "left no stone unturned" and check all units top to bottom. I wish all people and contractors would do their job like they were doing their own home. Jerrod and W.C. Butler get an A+ for their outstanding service. Jerrod even wash down the two outside units with soap and water!
