Received a call from Butler to schedule our 2nd "VIP Plan" visit for the year. Andy was on-time and thorough, and kept us posted when he was headed our way. Completely checked both systems at the house and located a failing condenser in the main unit which he replaced immediately. Enjoy having the VIP plan that Butler offers.
