Had duct moved last year that apparently caused small gas leak. Smelled gas recently. Called gas company. They diagnosed leak was caused by ductwork last year. Butler came it next day and repaired leak.
Briar was prompt, professional and thorough in checking our heat pump and emergency heating system. He diagnosed the problem and ordered a repair part to be installed when it arrives. He also added insulation behind our thermostat on our wall to assist with accurate temperature readings. Briar had also been to my Mother's home during the Summer and was just as professional with her system issues as well. I have already passed WC Butler contact information to another friend who needs HVAC work.
They replaced our Hot Water Heater. Responded quickly and helped us over the phone prior to coming out to evaluate the problem. Professional and prompt.

WC Butler installed our system in 2012 and have done all the maintenance since then. We have always been pleased with their technicians. They are knowledgeable, punctual , and courteous. They charge reasonably and don't try to run up the bill.
