I started with Butler last year when we were having issues with our HVAC system. Contacted Butler they were quick to respond. Tech they sent out (Bryar) he was fantastic very friendly very knowledgeable. We have dogs in the house and he was great to make them feel comfortable. Since then he has been back to do regular maintenance checkup.
And we still received the same service as we always the last time. Butler is the only company we will continue to use moving forward. And I would recommend them to anyone that is having issues with their systems or if you are looking for regular maintenance programs.
We have them come twice a year to check our heat & A/C. Bryant was our technician and he is very thorough, professional and polite. When going into the attic to check the system some insulation fell to the floor and he cleaned it up. We would not use anyone else. Thank you so much. Steve and Vicki Hodges

Used another company whose estimate for repair was $2,000. Butler's tech fixed within 30 minutes at a cost of $75, no parts order required. It's Butler for me!
Technician was very professional. He called to let me know when he would arrive. Very courteous. Went right to work, checked out the system and reported back to me that everything was A-ok. It's a pleasure dealing with W.C. Butler!
This company is exceptional. They call 20 minutes before they arrive. The gentleman that was sent was very polite, knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining what he was doing. Great customer service. We have used this company before and will continue to use them .

Had duct moved last year that apparently caused small gas leak. Smelled gas recently. Called gas company. They diagnosed leak was caused by ductwork last year. Butler came it next day and repaired leak.
