I've used Butler for 14 years in two homes and have always had a positive experience. Most recently Ray came out to diagnose and repair our AC after a power surge. He showed up on time and updated me as he went along. He took his time, tested each component and only replaced what he needed to. He also documented the work very well for our insurance claim. I have used this business for approximately 10 years for various systems, and I brought them with me when I moved. They have always been professional, reasonable, helpful, and have always been on time. Recently, they replaced a heat pump and AC system, price very reasonable with 10 year warranty parts AND labor (which could be huge, and not offered with other companies). Very pleased with this company!
