Professional, on time, did not try to up-sale, I consider what I paid a good value for the service I received. Everyone is busy but they scheduled me in a good length of time.
WC Butler has always been very responsive whenever I have contacted them for AC repair. They arrive at the scheduled time. They called 15 mins before arriving as a courtesy. They always fix the problem in a timely manner and do not overcharge for their services. I will continue to use their services.
WC Butler is a great company. I have used them for my HVAC maintenance and repairs for 6 years. This week my tech quickly diagnosed my problem as a leaking valve and fixed it right away. He also provided me with advice to help keep my system performing well. I can't say enough good things about WC Butler.
Had an issue with my outside unit not turning on. They worked me in with no hassles. Their tech, Briar, showed up and quickly assessed the problem and had me running again in no time. Came across as very honest and professional. Focused on fixing the problem rather than selling services I didn't need. A+ and would definitely use again.
