Teck repairman on time, friendly, and profestional...
found the problem quickly... From the time he arivied to the time he wrote the statment 17 mins top..... I would have like him to check out the whole sytem to do a quility check but i think that would have added to the cost????
I did post dated my check payment for the end of the week because I was not getting payed till then.... He assured me the account would hold the check tell then..... But unforchent it got cashes early and I was charge a over draft fee from my bank... next time i will just wait for a statement to be sent to me ... My fault for truisting.....
I am concern with the AC proformence seems something is still off ???
Makes a lot of humming and poping sounds .. diffent than when first instauld by W.C. BUTLER

The AC Technician was professional and took the time to explain exactly what the problem was and what he was doing to rectify the situation.
Contacted Chet Butler on Monday morning he came to our house monday after noon. Our system was out 22 yrs old. Gave us a quote on Tuesday. I. Called him and ask we they would be able to get to us.. He called me back and said they would be there Friday morning at 8 am. They were on time and did an excellent job. We live in eaglerock some others would not even come give us a quote. Thank you Butler heating and air I highly recommend them
Professional, on time, did not try to up-sale, I consider what I paid a good value for the service I received. Everyone is busy but they scheduled me in a good length of time.
