We've been using W C Butler for several years, and have found them to be responsive, professional and reasonably priced. We have them come to our home twice yearly, to check out the heating and A/C systems. So far, we've not had to use them for any repairs, but it's comforting to know that they'll be available if we do.
I can't say enough good things about the service techs that I've had come out from W.C. Butler. They fixed my AC last summer and I've used them for preventive maintenance for the last 2-3 years. Back in the spring my whole home humidifier needed a filter but they didn't have one on the truck. Since I wasn't using the e heat it wasn't a big deal and I didn't need one. I never got statins to replacing it over the summer. They tech showed up last week for my heat inspection and brought a new filter with him. They're always good at keeping up with things like that. When I moved into this new house the humidifier was disconnected. The tech looked it over and found no issues so he hooked it back up and got it running. When you have gas heat, a humidifier is a MUST! Know many others with good stories about these folks just like me. You can trust them to do the job right and not to do more than you need.

Butler off of my recommendations list. They do a good job at a reasonable price, show up on time, and fix the problem the first time.
HOWEVER, I HAVE RECEIVED AT LEAST 20 EAMILS FROM THEM PESTERING ME TO RATE THEM ON FACEBOOK OR GOOGLE. ONE MORE EMAIL FROM THEM AND I WILL BLACKLIST THEM.
We have used Butler to install two HVAC systems and this time they repaired another one for us. The guys do a wonderful job and clean up after their selves. My husband and I will use them from now on.
